Application Description
1. The main function of this product is to temporarily open a branch pipe or install water meter in any part of a running pipeline.
The pipe can be cut into different lengths, and pipe connection is changed from a socket pipe to a flange connecting pipe.
Install easily and quickly. Using only one torque wrench to tighten high strength bolted connection.
2. This product is specially designed for connecting HDPE/PVC tubes. The connect range is from DE90-DE630.The customer has some special requirements for the product that can also be designed and manufactured.
3.The simplicity and versatility of this product makes the product very easy to install and the entire line can be installed in a running pipeline. It will avoid the shut down the whole pipeline line during saddles installation,which can bring great convenience to customers.
4.Product design and manufacturing in accordance with ISO9001: 2008 system. we use ductile iron material as the main body of product, surface corrosion materials is authenticated by WRAS certification. making it suitable for drinking water.
5.We provide gaskets of EPDM, NBR, and SBR, bolts and nuts of carbon steel and stainless steel, etc., long-term anti-rust protection. For this product we provide excellent protection from transportation, warehousing, anti-corrosion at site.
